CHCK SIX was founded by Annie Aladjova in response to a demand in Chicago’s tech start-up community for a comprehensive accounting solution, which catered to growing small businesses. Prior to launching CHCK SIX, Annie worked as a Controller for a Chicago based venture capital fund, where she built & managed the accounting systems for its portfolio companies. Annie’s work history also includes GAAP reporting in the private sector, as well as experience in public accounting in both audit and tax fields.

Annie is a CPA and Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor. She holds her B.A. and M.S. in Accounting, both from Michigan State University where she graduated with high honors.
